Event Sales Representative

About the Role
Sizanid HR is a trailblazer in the realm of HR solutions, dedicated to crafting exceptional workplace experiences through innovative talent strategies. We are expanding our horizons and seeking a dynamic Events Sales Manager focused on North America, who will operate on a commission-only basis, centered around selling events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy specific to the Canada market for event services for both B2B and B2C
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to generate new event sales opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, focusing on closing deals and achieving individual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of all contracted events.
- Engage in marketplace analysis to identify trends and potential client needs.
- Create and deliver customized sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Track and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales cycle to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a similar discipline.
- Demonstrated track record in sales, particularly in the events or hospitality sectors.
- Strong persuasive negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Ability to operate independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a robust organizational approach to managing multiple accounts.
- A self-starter mentality, highly motivated by commission-driven opportunities.
Benefits
This is a 100% commission-only position, and your earnings will be based on the revenue generated from the events you sell and coordinate, with unlimited earning potential.
