Job Summary:

We are committed to delivering exceptional care to our clients, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse - Ostomy and Continence Care to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients and their families to develop personalized care plans that promote optimal health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive wound, ostomy, and continence care to clients in various settings, including home and community-based care.
  2. Assess clients' needs and develop personalized care plans that address their specific requirements.
  3. Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal health outcomes.
  4. Stay up-to-date with best practices in wound, ostomy, and continence care and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Certificate in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Care (NSWOC or WOCN) from a recognized educational institution.
  • Current certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the CNO.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in community or clinical/hospital setting with a focus on wound care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
