We are currently seeking a skilled Wound Care Nurse to join our team in the Mississauga and GTA area. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive wound assessments, collaborating with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to establish and update plans of care, and providing consultation and clinical support to other members of the healthcare team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a certificate for successful completion of a Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (WOCN) program from a recognized educational institution or have equivalent experience working in a setting with a focus on wound care. You must also possess current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and be certified in Standard First Aid & CPR/AED (Level C). A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the community or acute care setting with a focus on wound care is preferred.
