Make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and innovative mental health organization. As a Staff Clinician, Employee & Family Assistance Program, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional services and programs to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver EFAP services, including confidential counselling, case management, and direct clinical services.
- Receive case assignments and complete case progress notes.
- Develop service plans outlining a specific plan of action with each client under regular consultation.
- Deliver solution-focused brief therapy and complete comprehensive psycho-social assessments as needed.
- Provide flexible evening client hours, minimum two nights per week.
- Support after-hours crisis calls from the Client Services Centre.
- Masters in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Valid registration with the relevant provincial governing body.
- Minimum of 3 years counselling experience.
- Experience in brief solution-focused counselling.
- Knowledge of assessment, crisis management, and EFAP services is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with French being a definite asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
