Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Kerridge Commercial Systems. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the Distribution industry.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our trading and financial software solutions and their applications in the Distribution industry.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to support lead generation efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales development and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of the Distribution industry and its key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
