Senior Sales Director

Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Mississauga, is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Sales to drive business growth and expansion. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and budgets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen the company's market position and achieve desired business goals
- Manage customer relationships and activity to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Over 10 years of experience in sales and sales management within a manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales techniques
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce
