Job Title: General Manager, Sales

ONTARIO INC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and resources to excel.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and challenging environment, with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
