As Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve maximum sales volume for our products and services
- Lead and manage the Canadian sales team, including specification and distribution sales teams, as well as national account sellers
- Develop and grow the C&I sales channel by effectively leading our Canadian agency network
- Establish market and target customer strategies in conjunction with the sales leadership team
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for increasing penetration within our addressable market
- Lead, develop, inspire, and motivate the sales and agency teams to achieve sales goals and initiatives
- Manage the overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales pipeline management
- Oversee the recruiting, hiring, and development of the sales organization
- Implement company promotions and marketing initiatives to achieve goals for the Canadian distribution network
- 10 years of experience in the lighting/electrical industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Strong leadership and sales management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
