Regional Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Sales

Acuity Brands Lighting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead our Canadian Commercial and Industrial Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the lighting or electrical industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and drive business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
