Regional Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Sales, Canada

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as the Regional Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Sales, Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales strategy that leverages our product portfolio, sales force, and agency network to achieve maximum sales volume.
- Establish Market and Customer Strategies: Collaborate with the Sales Leadership team to establish market and target customer strategies that drive sales growth and penetration.
- Maintain Key Customer Relationships: Develop and implement strategies to increase penetration within our addressable market and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Lead and Develop Sales Teams: Lead, develop, inspire, and motivate the sales and agency teams to achieve sales goals and initiatives.
- Manage Sales Process and Metrics: Oversee the sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales pipeline management and utilizing enterprise tools to improve processes and increase sales force effectiveness.
- Recruit and Develop Sales Organization: Oversee the recruiting, hiring, and development of the sales organization to ensure a strong and effective sales team.
- Implement Company Initiatives: Implement company promotions and marketing initiatives through the network to achieve goals for the Canadian distribution network.
- 10+ Years of Experience: Successful track record of performance, effective sales leadership, and motivator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Industry Expertise: 10+ years of experience in the lighting/electrical industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Certifications: Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
