Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Ashton Mechanical Group. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.

About the Job:

This is a full-time position that involves coordinating subcontractors' activities, evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily tasks, and preparing reports in a fast-paced office environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Daily Operations Evaluation: Conduct regular site visits to evaluate the progress of daily operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Task Planning and Organization: Develop and implement effective plans to manage daily tasks, prioritize work assignments, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on project progress, including accomplishments, challenges, and lessons learned.
  • Clerical Support: Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. You should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

Education and Experience:

Possess a degree in a related field, such as construction management or business administration. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Benefits:
