About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer and Operations Director at 2675829 Ontario Inc. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that requires a strong leader with excellent management and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective operations
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve strategic objectives
  • Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive results
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to lead teams and drive business outcomes
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations and effective resource allocation
  • Work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Language: English
