About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at D&J Metal Fabrication Inc. as a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business operations.
  • Leadership: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word to support business operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior management role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills.
