About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer at 2675829 Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate the necessary authority to them.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of success in a similar industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
