As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and goals.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication across the organization.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Business Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and goals.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation of the company's interests.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior executive or operations management role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
