Richelieu Hardware is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in British Columbia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales to industrial markets, with a proven track record of developing new business and maintaining existing relationships.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Promoting sales to industrial customers across various market segments, including doors and windows manufacturers, trim and doors shops, and prefab home manufacturers.
  • Managing a territory to achieve maximum productivity while being mindful of costs.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A college degree in marketing or a related field, combined with relevant sales experience.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of the hardware industry and experience with product lines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
