About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Custom Ston Masonry Inc. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to woodworking and construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
  • Sand, trim, grind or clean products into final form using hand tools.
  • Observe equipment, panel indicators, video monitors, and other instruments to ensure that processes are operating according to specifications.
  • Assemble, install and set-up merchandise/products.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed.
Work Environment

As a Carpenter, you will work in a variety of locations, including at heights and in various settings. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience is an asset.
  • Steel-toed safety boots.
  • Reliability.
  • Team player.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English or French.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
