Clinical Operations Specialist

Join Northern Health Authority as a Clinical Operations Specialist and contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services in our region. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our emergency and trauma services.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with a passion for project management, change management, and quality improvement. You will work closely with our clinical leaders, IT services, and other stakeholders to research, develop, and implement clinical practices, processes, and documentation that enable effective and efficient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement clinical practices, processes, and documentation to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with clinical leaders, IT services, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
- Provide oversight and facilitation of quality improvement initiatives
- Lead the coordination, implementation, and completion of services projects or initiatives
- Work with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions to improve clinical care and patient outcomes

- Five to seven years of front-line emergency clinical care and related experience working in clinical operations EMR use
- Valid BC driver's license
