We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Consultant for our Audit and Tax business units at KPMG-Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the HR Generalist to provide strategic support to business units on HR initiatives, including talent development, compensation, recognition, and employee engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Business Unit Leaders, Develop Leaders, and people managers, providing guidance and support in the execution of their roles.
  • Work closely with KPMG's HR team to create and implement talent strategies and programs aligned with key business priorities.

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources in a fast-paced, corporate environment, preferably in a professional services setting.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client business strategies and challenges.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to express opinions in a tactful manner.
  • Critical thinking and influencing skills to challenge traditional thinking and promote new approaches.
  • Ability to develop trust, credibility, and strong relationships with clients.
