The Centralized Call Centre Representative reports to the Call Centre Supervisor, focusing on supporting work order creation for FMO and Service departments. This ensures high-quality facility services to customers. The role requires responding effectively to serve customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining the CMMS work database.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support work order creation for FMO and Service departments
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems
  • Maintain the CMMS work database
  • Work from home with minimal supervision, maintaining performance standards

Competency Requirements

  • Proficient in English and French
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Ability to cope under pressure, remaining positive
  • Embracing change, willing to adopt new practices
  • Ability to approach problems logically, seeking innovative solutions

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of related call centre, customer service, or dispatching experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM accurately
  • Validated full vaccination prior to hire
