Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business objectives and driving employee engagement.

As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR plans that drive business results. You will also be responsible for managing labour relations, including collective bargaining, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Managing labour relations, including collective bargaining and grievances
  • Providing HR guidance and support to business leaders and employees
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with other HR teams to ensure consistency and best practices

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on labour relations
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
