Apprentice Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Apprentice Carpenter to join our team at Hardcastle Formwork Ltd. as a Construction Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools, to ensure accurate and efficient construction processes.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to create high-quality structures.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems to meet the highest standards of construction.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
As a Construction Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will be required to work at heights, in noisy and dusty conditions, and handle heavy loads.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field (not required, but an asset)
- 1-2 years of experience in carpentry or a related trade
- Ability to work at heights, in noisy and dusty conditions, and handle heavy loads
