Department Lead

At Princess Auto, we're looking for a talented Department Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you'll play a vital role in creating a unique and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Team Members in your department to achieve store plans and tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries with category-specific product knowledge
- Support on-the-job training and development of Team Members
- Maintain a safe and respectful work environment
- Manage loss prevention processes
Requirements:
- Genuine care for our customers' shopping experience
- Ability to take initiative and work well with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated leadership skills and previous experience in retail or another service industry
- Enjoy working with people
- Respectful, upfront, and act with integrity
