Electrical Department Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Associate to join our electrical department in Edmonton, AB.
About the Role:
- Leads the vision and strategic direction of the electrical department.
- Develops and implements business growth strategies, identifying opportunities in the local market.
- Oversees design execution, project management, and workload distribution within the department.
- Provides technical guidance to team members, ensuring designs meet company quality standards.
- Manages recruiting efforts, performance evaluations, and team member relations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical project engineering within building services.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with national teams.
- Familiarity with provincial building codes, Canadian Electrical Code, CSA, ULC, IEEE, IES, and NFPA standards.
