Restaurant Department Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team at McDonald's Canada. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Managers and Crew Members in the management of either the Facilities, Guest Experience, People, or kitchen Departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the team meets all targets in their departments, such as Speed, Accuracy, Friendliness, Food Quality, Cleanliness, Planned maintenance, Ordering Health and Staffing targets.
- Manage and lead a team of Managers and Crew Members.
- Participate in local events that positively impact your community.
- Uphold our renowned cleanliness methodology.
- Build sales and profits, which in turn build your value, professionally and financially.
About You:
We are looking for a leader who can inspire a team, instill a sense of pride, and create a culture that helps deliver the world's best Quick Service Restaurant experience. You should have high expectations and consistently raise the bar for yourself and your team. When confronted with a situation, you can assess and problem-solve with confidence.
