BFW international trading ltd is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, with experience in tasks such as reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The Office Operations Manager will be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, co-ordinating and planning for office services, and assisting in the preparation of operating budget. They will also be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures, resolving conflict situations, and overseeing payroll administration.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of computer and technology knowledge, including electronic mail, electronic scheduler, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word. They will also have excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The Office Operations Manager will be a key member of our team, working closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the office. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to other staff members.

Requirements:
