Office Operations Manager

Midas Auto Service is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative activities of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, with a focus on establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. They will also assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Additionally, the Office Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a permanent position, working 32 hours per week, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Coordinate and plan for office services
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
Computer and technology knowledge:
- Electronic mail
- MS Office
- MS Word
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 32 hours per week
