Office Operations Manager

At Out Of The Box Foods Inc., we are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative activities of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, with a focus on reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, assisting in the preparation of the operating budget, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. Additionally, they will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures

Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
