This is an exciting new chapter in our growth story, and we're seeking an experienced Senior People & Culture Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR operations, systems, total rewards, benefits, and HR policies. This role will contribute to driving operational excellence and streamlining processes that support our global employee experience.

What You'll Be Doing...
  • Lead Day-to-Day P&C Operations: Collaborate with People Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team to understand business priorities and opportunities. Provide recommendations to optimize People Operations processes and offerings, supporting Visier's talent goals and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
  • End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate and execute various talent programs, including annual merit cycles, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and benefits renewals, as well as onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and other lifecycle events. Analyze and improve continuous listening, onboarding, offboarding, compensation, performance review, and career programs.
  • Champion Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize our people analytics platform to leverage data insights, empowering leaders to make informed decisions.
  • Operational Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to other team members in order to effectively complete daily operational tasks.
