People Operations Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior People & Culture Operations Specialist with a strong foundation in HR operations, systems, total rewards, benefits, and HR policies. This role will contribute to driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and enhancing systems that support our global employee experience.
The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day People Ops activities, contribute to strategic projects and initiatives, and optimize existing programs and processes. They will also manage the operational aspects of people operations, systems, total rewards, benefits, and core HR processes.
This role will be based at our HQ in Yaletown - Vancouver. We operate a hybrid working model with Mondays and Fridays optional WFH and Tuesday through Thursday office-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team to understand business priorities and opportunities.
- Coordinate and execute various talent programs, including annual merit cycles, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and benefits renewals.
- Utilize our people analytics platform to leverage data insights, empowering leaders to make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including roles such as HR Manager, Generalist, or Specialist.
- Experience supporting operations in Canada and at least one other region.
