Job Description

As a Senior People & Culture Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day People Ops activities, contributing to strategic projects and initiatives, and optimizing existing programs and processes. You will manage the operational aspects of people operations, systems, total rewards, benefits, and core HR processes, ensuring the effective functioning of HR technology, policies, and practices.

This role will be based at our headquarters in Vancouver, with a hybrid working model allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

  • Lead Day-to-Day P&C Operations: Collaborate with People Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team to understand business priorities and opportunities.
  • End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate and execute various talent programs, including annual merit cycles, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and benefits renewals, as well as onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and other lifecycle events.
  • Champion Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize our people analytics platform to leverage data insights, empowering leaders to make informed decisions.
  • Operational leadership: Provide direction and guidance to other team members in order to effectively complete daily operational tasks.
