STEMCELL Technologies Inc is seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior HR Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of human resources activities. This role involves partnering with senior leadership to develop effective people strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.

This exciting opportunity offers:

  • Strategic People Management: Partner with department heads to initiate, advise, and deliver effective people strategies and management for both short and long-term impacts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR cross-functional teams (Total Rewards, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development) to assess business needs and gaps, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Manage the assigned HR Service Delivery team to ensure high-quality and accurate HR transactional activities for the business group(s).

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years of management experience.
  • HR Designations: CPHR designation is preferred.
  • Global Experience: Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional COE's and regional partners is an asset.
