Overview

We're seeking an experienced and data-driven individual with knowledge of credit and collections strategies to join our team as a full-time Senior Analyst, Credit Risk in our Calgary headquarters.

About the Role

This role is a critical part of our Credit Risk team, responsible for enabling high growth portfolios by optimizing credit decisioning across the customer lifecycle.

You'll work closely with our Credit Risk team to develop and implement key portfolio management strategies, ensuring Neo's credit risk models effectively manage both revenue generation and risk management.

  • Portfolio Management: Lead development and implementation of key portfolio management strategies to achieve business objectives; ensure effective management of credit risk models.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain operational reporting to track performance of credit risk and collections strategies relative to internal targets and external benchmarks.
  • Risk Monitoring: Develop insights to actively monitor performance, identify trends, and enable strategic business decisions.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll have 4+ years of proven analytics experience driving optimal business decisions, preferably in the Credit Risk domain.

Advanced knowledge of SQL, R, and Python is required. You should be data-driven and able to leverage best practices to achieve statistically significant results.
