Our platform helps businesses close more sales by offering customers affordable monthly payment options for their next big home improvement, vehicle or retail purchase.

- Monitor and evaluate existing merchant partners' behavior and adherence to Financeit’s processes, including credit quality, performance, fraud risk, AML risk, and compliance with Financeit’s consumer lending program parameters.
- Demonstrate strong credit evaluation and analytical skills, with expertise in assessing commercial and personal credit bureau reports, financial statements, and overall financial performance.
- Conduct post-funding borrower satisfaction calls to verify merchant adherence to Financeit’s lending program requirements and supporting processes.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on the merchant network, as assigned.
- Continuously assess existing processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Home Improvement or Vehicle financing is preferred.
- Strong credit evaluation and analytical skills, with familiarity in analyzing both commercial and consumer credit bureau reports.
- Intermediate knowledge of financial statements and cash flow analysis, including key financial ratio calculations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Fluency in French is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a self-directed, team-oriented environment with mínimal supervision.
- Adaptable with the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities quickly.
