Job Title: Parts and Service Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Parts and Service Sales Representative to join our team at Sandvik Mining & Rock Technology in Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and supporting aftermarket sales opportunities within a defined customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales opportunities for all Sandvik Mining product lines, with a focus on aftermarket products and support.
  • Perform gap analysis on existing fleet to identify sales opportunities.
  • Audit and update fleet by quarter.
  • Participate as a key member in an account or sales team.
  • Assess customers' total potential with Sandvik Mining products by performing opportunity analysis by customer and site.
  • Liaise with the customer on aftermarket issues to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for achievement of agreed targets.
  • Customer KPI development. Focus on productivity and reliability as a company value proposition.
  • Stay current with industry developments affecting sales and customers.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree (or two-year college diploma).
  • 4+ years of heavy industry/mining industry sales experience is preferable. Technical knowledge is key in this role.
  • Previous knowledge or experience with Sandvik products would be considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical/data analysis skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software experience would be an asset.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Local and domestic travel up to 50%.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
