At SIGA Informatique inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Developing New Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Client Documentation: Accurately document all interactions with clients to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
