Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dairy/Frozen Night Clerk to join our team at Longo's. As a key member of our nighttime operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our dairy and frozen food departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock and merchandise dairy and frozen products
  • Create visually appealing displays to showcase our products
  • Set up and maintain department displays
  • Prepare products for sale, including date checks and product rotation
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and quality
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve department goals

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Passion for working in the food industry
  • First Aid and Food Safety Certification(s) an asset
  • Fork Lift Training an asset

Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
