Job Title: Night Clerk Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Hampton by Hilton Toronto Airport Corporate Centre. As a Night Clerk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the night operations, ensuring the smooth running of the hotel, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of night clerks, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports on night operations, guest feedback, and staff performance.
  • Assist guests with special needs, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks, ensuring that all duties are completed to a high standard.
  • Hire and train new staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that the hotel is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of guests.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
