Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Chirag Nagpal Personal Real Estate Corporation.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, based on industry standards and location considerations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office budgets and expenditures effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Negotiate and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to telephone calls and electronic inquiries.
  • Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
  • Source and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked inventory.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed.
  • Greet clients and visitors, providing directions and assistance.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
