At Onmyownbusiness Solutions Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Internal Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise in QuickBooks, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Job Summary

The Accounting Internal Auditor will be responsible for planning, setting up, and administering accounting systems. This includes supervising staff, training them, arranging training, preparing financial information, statements, and reports. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures. They will also analyze financial documents, examine accounting records, provide financial, business, and tax advice, and act as trustee in bankruptcy proceedings.

This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours per week. We offer competitive compensation, estimated at around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include free parking, learning/training paid by employer, and a language of work in English.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems, including supervision of staff and training.
  2. Prepare financial information, statements, and reports, as well as develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures.
  3. Analyze financial documents, examine accounting records, and provide financial, business, and tax advice.
  4. Act as trustee in bankruptcy proceedings, providing expert guidance and support.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with expertise in QuickBooks. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, and fluency in English is a must.
