Aircraft Maintenance Specialist

Forward Assist Recruitment is seeking an experienced Aircraft Cabin Maintenance Technician to join our client's team as a Line Support Technician.
Job OverviewOur client, a leading International Line Maintenance Provider, offers 24-hour comprehensive support for Commercial Aircraft Operators across Europe, Asia, and Africa. They require a skilled technician with experience in base maintenance environments, particularly on the Airbus family of aircraft, although Boeing aircraft would also be an asset.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior mechanics and certifiers to ensure efficient and safe line maintenance operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company tooling policies at all times.
A recognized apprenticeship within the aircraft industry or similar is required.
Technical Skills- Proven work history in a base maintenance environment, with experience in wiring modifications on the Airbus family of aircraft.
- Demonstrate technical expertise, leadership behaviors, and the ability to make timely decisions.
- Interpret technical publications accurately and make fact-based decisions.
- Foster a flexible approach, show initiative, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Develop working knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Production Planning.
- Possess a high standard of English language proficiency (written and oral).
- Show high computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office Suite.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between £45,000 to £60,000, depending on location and experience.
