About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at NDJD Holdings Limited. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Prepare and submit reports on food quality and safety
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales and customer feedback
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to prepare and submit reports and budgets
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work setting is a food service establishment.
