Business Development and Recruitment Specialist

At Fed Finance Canada, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Recruitment and Business Development advisor. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your own client portfolio, manage commercial relationships, and provide expert advice to candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage your own client portfolio, from prospecting to appointments and negotiation
- Provide expert advice to candidates and clients, positioning them for success
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates to understand their search and position them with our clients
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent
- Bilingual in French and English
- Thoroughness and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong taste of challenge and constant surpassing of oneself
