For 10 years in Montreal, the Fed Group has brought together 12 specialized recruitment firms and two other brands dedicated to transition management and recruiter delegation. Each firm is independent and exclusively dedicated to its family of professions or sector of activity.

Your missions, with the support of a Team Leader, will be:
- Develop your own customer portfolio, like an entrepreneur you manage your entire commercial relationship, from prospecting to appointments, from negotiation to loyalty;
- Position yourself as a provider of solutions to your candidates and your clients: expert in your environment, you have an advisory role to best guide your recruitment missions.
- Make our candidates and clients smile after having met their respective expectations;
- Source and interview candidates specializing in your field in order to understand their research and position them with our French-speaking and English-speaking clients.

The Profile we are looking for;
- Graduate of a university degree, BAC in Business Administration, or HR or equivalent
- Bilingual French and English
- Rigor and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Great interpersonal skills
- Very strong taste for challenge and constant surpassing oneself
