This is an incredibly exciting time to join our Talent Acquisition Team as we are amid several key initiatives to promote our employer brand at CAE. As **Global** **Recruitment Marketing Specialist**, you’ll play a vital role in bringing these initiatives to life, to build awareness and attract top talent in the global high-tech market.

**The role we are offering you**:

- Contribute to the evolution of the recruitment marketing service within the Global TA community of expertise (COE)
- Provide recruitment marketing toolkits and customized strategies to support regional visibility and talent attraction needs, including documentation of strategy, objectives, and timelines
- Support the implementation of global recruitment marketing campaigns in alignment with business hiring goals and bring the employer brand strategy and our inclusive employer value proposition to life through earned, owned, and paid media
- Collaborate closely with communications and marketing leaders and teams
- Leverage corporate initiatives to promote employer brand awareness
- Partner with recruiters to prepare for career fairs, recruiting and professional events, booth and display content, marketing material and promotional items
- Ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and creative materials used in recruiting
- Develop and maintain content on our digital recruitment platforms, both external and internal (Indeed, Glassdoor, CAE360, etc).
- Collaborate closely with communications, marketing, and design colleagues to craft creative content
- Provide internal support to ensure all employees have the tools needed to act as brand ambassadors of CAE culture to promote our employer branding and EVP
- 3+ years’ experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Experience in deploying social media strategies to communicate across multiple channels with various audiences
- Proven project management experience with problem solving and prioritizing skills
- Knowledge of current online tools, branding and marketing trends
- Goal oriented and driven by business results
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
- A true team player, creative thinker, and proactive problem solver with positive attitude
- Strong ability to develop long-term business relationships cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Sense of urgency with the ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, or related fields
- Advanced presentation and software skills including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Canva).
