Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandising and Inventory Management: Oversee the merchandising and inventory management of the store, ensuring that products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Assist with the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
