As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. Your primary duties will include assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, and authorizing returns. You will also be responsible for establishing work schedules, selling merchandise, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters. Additionally, you will resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, organize and maintain inventory, and supervise and coordinate the activities of workers. **Work Setting:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assign sales workers to duties
* Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

* Establish work schedules
* Sell merchandise

* Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
* Organize and maintain inventory

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
