About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at 0714576 B.C. Ltd. as a Sales Supervisor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and provide guidance and support to ensure the team is working efficiently.
  • Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain inventory, authorize return of merchandise, and ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer requests and complaints, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Recruitment and Training: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that our team has the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week.
