We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining models to forecast ARR growth, incorporating customer acquisition, retention, churn, expansion, and pricing adjustments.

You will work closely with the Revenue Operations and Pricing teams to understand business goals and provide data-driven recommendations to improve pricing strategies, revenue generation, and customer retention.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for tracking and forecasting license counts and ARR growth across customer segments to ensure alignment with revenue goals and product growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SQL, data visualization tools, and scripting languages like Python.

  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Pricing teams to understand business goals and provide data-driven recommendations to improve pricing strategies, revenue generation, and customer retention.
  • Develop and maintain models to forecast ARR growth, incorporating customer acquisition, retention, churn, expansion, and pricing adjustments.
  • Model various growth initiatives (e.g., new market expansion, pricing structure changes, product development) to evaluate long-term ARR performance.
  • Track and forecast license counts and ARR growth across customer segments to ensure alignment with revenue goals and product growth objectives.
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes to provide timely and actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
