Job Summary:

As a Data Analyst in our Commercial Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and profitability at CaseWare International. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical background and experience working with large datasets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of statistical modeling, data visualization, and data mining concepts. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data models to forecast ARR growth and track license counts.
  • Analyze revenue changes, pricing adjustments, and market behavior through root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with revenue operations and pricing teams to understand business goals and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Work closely with product, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure data insights align with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on business, revenue, and pricing analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL (or other data transformation languages) for querying, cleaning, and transforming data within relational databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
